面向激励型需求响应的配电台区运行状态评估及治理

摘要 智慧家电和电动汽车等新型用电设备的普及和推广对配电系统的稳定高效运行来说既是挑战也是机遇。基于分层的配电物联网体系架构,在配电台区边缘终端收集台区内电能表、低压故指和漏保等装置大量运行数据的基础上,提出了一种基于模糊综合评判的配电台区低压回路运行状态评估方法。将评估结果应用于激励型需求响应,在削减负荷的同时实现配电台区低压回路三相不平衡度及低电压的综合治理。仿真结果表明,使用所提出的策略,可以针对配电台区低压回路运行状态进行量化评估,并在实施激励型需求响应的同时明显改善配电台区的负载分布和电压水平。 Nowadays,popularization and promotion of new types of electric equipment such as smart home appliances and electric vehicles constitutes both challenges and opportunities for stable,efficient operation of the power distribution system.Relying on the hierarchical architecture of distribution Internet of Things and based on a large number of operation data collected at edge terminals of the distribution area about electricity meters as well as devices for low-voltage fault index and leakage protection,a method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed to evaluate the operational state of the low-voltage circuit of the distribution area.Then,the evaluation results were applied to incentive demand response,so that comprehensive treatment of three-phase unbalance and under-voltage of the low-voltage circuit in the distribution area might be realized,while the load was cut down.Simulation results showed that the proposed strategy could quantitatively evaluate the operational state of the low-voltage circuit in the distribution area and obviously improve load distribution and voltage level of the distribution area,while implementing incentive demand response.
