老年病医院应对新冠肺炎疫情防控中的伦理问题剖析

Analysis of the Ethical Issues in the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 in Geriatrics Hospitals

老年病医院为了防止新型冠状病毒肺炎在院内的感染和传播,采取了有效的感控应对措施,但在实施过程中遭遇如下伦理问题,主要体现在对患者人文关怀力度不够,家属担忧患者的安全及日常生活、医患沟通交流障碍而延误病情,护工的恐惧心理等。老年病医院通过成立新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情感染防控小组、建立强有力的应急管理体系及流程、加强专业培训、提供人性化服务,同时注重心理健康等多方面的对策,有效应对了上述伦理问题。

In order to prevent the infection and transmission of COVID-19 in the hospital,geriatric hospitals have adopted effective infection control measures.However,ethical issues have arisen during the implementation process,mainly reflected that the hospitals do not pay enough attention to the prevention and management of COVID-19,medical staffs lack of knowledge and ability to prevent and control COVID-19,and have insufficient humanistic care to patients,families concerns about patient safety and daily life,delay treatment due to doctor-patient communication obstacles,health care workers fear,etc.By establishing an effective infection prevention and control team with strong emergency management system and procedures,strengthening professional training,providing humanized services,and supporting patient’s and medical staff’s mental health,geriatrics hospital successfully reduced the incidence of ethical problems.
