新时代高职院校思政教师队伍“双融双优”共同体建设路径研究

Research on the Path of“Double Integration and Double Excellence”Community Construction of Ideological and Political Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

当前高等教育领域中职业教育发展已然进入双高建设新阶段,而高校思想政治工作则愈加重要,从国家层面已经将思政课改革创新和教师队伍建设作为两大抓手。新形势下,如何将这两大领域板块聚合思考及谋划布局是高职院校思政工作者亟需思考并付诸实践的时代命题。沿着这一主旨思路,聚焦于高职院校思政教师队伍“双融双优”共同体建设重点进行路径探索研究。基于前期文献分析和实践调研中所集中反映出来的高职思政课教师队伍问题现状,结合群体隐性存在的焦虑因素,继在宏观层面已经初步提出破解困局的应对策略之后,将首要聚焦高职思政课“双师型”内涵解析,充分论证其队伍建设加强紧迫性、发挥实践性和强化效应性的必要性和可行性协同思考。重心着眼于在微观层面就其共同体建设进行逻辑性建构分析和分解式路经研究,其核心关键在于融合两大类人员,分解在顶层设计、人才引进、双师模式、竞争交流、队伍融合、多维培训、体制机制、管理考核、保障措施、持续发展等方面构建“双融双优”建设模式。

At present,the development of vocational education in the field of higher education has entered a new stage of dual-high construction,and ideological and political work in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important.From the national level,the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses and the construction of teachers team have been regarded as the two major starting points.Under the new situation,how to think and plan the layout of these two fields together is an urgent topic for the ideological and political workers in higher vocational colleges to think about and put into practice.This paper follows this main idea and focuses on the construction path of the community of“double integration and double excellence”of the ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges.Based on the status quo of the ideological and political teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,as is reflected in the previous literature analysis and practical research,combined with the hidden anxiety of the group,after the preliminary macro-level coping strategies having been put forward to solve the difficulties,the focus will be on an analysis of the connotation of“dual-qualified teachers”in ideological and political courses in higher vocational education,fully demonstrating the necessity and feasibility of its team construction to strengthen the urgency,give the practicality and enhance the effect.The focus is on the logical construction analysis and decomposition path research on the community construction at the micro level.The core lies in the integration of the two categories of personnel and building a“Double Integration and Double Excellence”construction model in terms of top-level design,talent introduction,dual-qualified teacher model,competitive communication,team integration,multi-dimensional training,system and mechanism,management assessment,safeguard measures,and sustainable development,etc.
