优秀的文化素养,不仅有利于师范生个人的成长、成才,也有利于教育事业的发展和优秀文化的传承与传播。新教师资格证考试提高了教师的准入门槛,拓宽了考试范围,提升了文化素养内容在考试中的占比,其目的在于提升教师的文化素养和整体素质。重视、培养和提升师范生的文化素养,不仅要从个人入手“立德树人”,而且要营造良好的人文环境和浓厚的文化氛围,改革教育机制,完善法律法规。

Excellent cultural literacy is not only beneficial to the personal growth and success of normal university students,but also to the development of education and the inheritance and dissemination of excellent culture.The new teacher qualification examination has raised the admittance threshold of teachers,widened the examination scope and increased the proportion of cultural literacy content in the examination,with the purpose of improving the cultural literacy and overall quality of teachers.To attach importance to,cultivate and improve the cultural literacy of normal university students,we should not only start from the individual"Morality Education",but also create a good humanistic environment and a strong cultural atmosphere,reform the education mechanism,and improve laws and regulations.
