深圳大学生创业教育的建构主义方式研究

Research on the Constructivist Approach to Entrepreneurship Education for College Students in Shenzhen

企业家的创新创业对社会经济的发展起着越来越重要的作用,而针对大学生创业学习的建构主义教育方式对大学生创业行为带来了更显著的效果。建构主义方式不同于传统的教育方式,其理念是学生应独立思考,建构主义的观点将知识视为精神表征的一种形式,是人类思维的一种建构;学习者的角色不是被动地接受信息,而是主动参与新意义的建构;教师的作用不是简单地呈现新的信息、纠正学生的错误观念和展示技巧,而是指导学生悟出新的思考现象和事件的方法。深圳职业技术学院关于大学生创新创业课堂的建构主义教学方式做了很多尝试。深圳职业技术学院的创业学院在创业课程的设计上建立了金字塔式的教育培养体系,在遵循建构主义方式创业教育上,卓有成效地培育一批小的创业企业。

The innovation and entrepreneurship of entrepreneurs play an increasingly important role in the development of social economy,and the constructivist education mode of entrepreneurship learning for college students has brought more significant effect on entrepreneurship behavior.Constructivism is different from the traditional way of education.Its idea is that students should think independently.Constructivism regards knowledge as a form of spiritual representation and a construction of human thinking.The role of learners is not to passively receive information,but to actively participate in the construction of new meanings.Teachers'role is not simply to present new information,correct students'misconceptions and display skills,but to guide students to understand new ways of thinking about phenomena and events.Shenzhen Polytechnic has made a lot of attempts on the constructivism teaching method of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship class.The Entrepreneurship Institute of Shenzhen Polytechnic has established a pyramid-shaped education and training system in the design of entrepreneurship curricula,and has effectively fostered a number of small entrepreneurial enterprises in accordance with the constructivist approach to entrepreneurship education.
