学科的发展环境由外部环境和内部环境构成。外部环境包括外部宏观环境、学科评估环境、学科政策环境和外部关系环境;内部环境包括内部宏观环境、职能关系环境、人力资源环境、学科制度环境和学科结构环境。“双一流”建设背景下,学科的生存环境发生了深刻变化。学科必须在该环境框架的影响下选择适合自身实际情况的发展路径。
The development environment of disciplines consists of external environment and internal environments.The external environments include external macro environment,discipline evaluation environ-ment,discipline policy environment and external relationship environment,while the internal environ-ments include internal macro environment,functional relationship environment,human resource environment,discipline system environment and discipline structure environment.Under the background of"double first-class"construction,the survival environment of disciplines has undergone profound changes,so disciplines must select a development path that is suitable for their own actual situation within this environmental framework.
