摘要
协作式研究生培养是提升研究生培养质量的有益尝试,在高校的社会服务职能释放过程中,具有理论和现实的推动力。三角协调模式和多中心治理理论是其培养实践的主要理论基础和发展框架,当前研究生培养的整体现状也是其发展的源动力之一。近30年来,协作培养机制逐步完善,但也存在亟待改进之处。从构建功能完善的高校服务社会机制出发,探讨政府角色、评价体系和主要的社会服务路径等,是塑造协作式研究生培养模式的关键。
The collaborative postgraduate training is a beneficial attempt to improve the quality of postgraduate training. Theoretically and practically, it acts as the impetus in the performance and application of the social service function of colleges and universities. While triangle coordination model and multi-center governance theory are considered to be the main theoretical basis and development framework of the training practice, the current overall situation of postgraduate training is also one of the driving forces. The past 30 years has witnessed the gradual improvement of the collaborative training mechanism, yet, something still needs to be improved. This article focuses on the discussion of the role of the government, the evaluation system and the main social service paths to explore the effective collaborative postgraduate training model, targeting the construction of a well-functioning social service mechanism in colleges and universities.
