我国高校公共体育发展问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of College Public Physical Education in China

当前高校公共体育发展存在的核心问题:一是高校公共体育的角色与功能问题,包含高校角色、教师角色以及学生角色三个方面;二是高校公共体育的教学效果问题,包含教学目的与内容、教学组织与实施以及效果评价与反馈三个方面;三是高校公共体育课程定位问题,包含课程价值定位与课程内容定位两个方面。基于上述问题的分析,提出高校公共体育发展对策:一是提升高校公共体育地位,优化角色与功能;二是改善高校公共体育实施条件,强化教学效果;三是明确高校公共体育核心价值,完善一体化课程。

This paper analyzes the core problems of public physical education development in colleges and universities:The first problem is the function and the role of the public physical education in colleges and universities,which consists of the role of colleges and universities,teachers role and the student role.The second is the teaching effect of public physical education in colleges and universities,which includes three aspects:teaching purpose and content,teaching organization and implementation,and effect evaluation and feedback.The third is the curriculum orientation of public physical education in colleges and universities,which includes two aspects:curriculum value orientation and curriculum content orientation.Based on the analysis of the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of public physical education in colleges and universities.Firstly,enhance the status of college public physical education and optimize its roles and functions;secondly,improve the implementation conditions of public physical education in colleges and universities and strengthen the teaching effect;thirdly,clarify the core values of public physical education in colleges and universities and improve the integrated curriculum.
