摘要
高校学风是大学生不同类型的学习行动方式展现出来的精神品质。“传统型”的学习行动导致高校缺乏主动性的学风,需要大学内部结构力量予以规训;“情绪型”的学习行动导致学风的反复,高校应给予学生抉择自由以获得情感认同,并发挥参照群体的作用;“工具理性”学习行动带有较强的功利色彩;“价值理性”学习行动最符合大学的本质属性规定,需要彰显大学教师的权威色彩以加强引导。
Study Attitude of undergraduates reflects the spiritual quality displayed through different types of learning actions. Traditional types of learning actions lead to the lack of active attitude towards study, which need to be disciplined by the internal structure force of the university;emotional types of learning actions lead to uncertainty of study attitude, which require students to be given freedom of choice to obtain emotional identity and play the role of reference group;goal-oriented types of learning actions carry strong sense of utilitarianism;value-oriented types of learning actions highly conform to the essential attributes of university, which need to highlight the authority of teachers to strengthen the guidance.
