经直肠三维超声与MRI在中低位直肠癌TN分期中的应用价值

Application Value of Via Rectum 3D-Ultrasound and MRI in TN Staging of Mid-and Low Rectal Cancer

为比较经直肠三维超声与MRI诊断中低位直肠癌TN分期的准确率,将2018年3月至2020年3月在我院接受诊治的104例中低位直肠癌患者作为研究对象,分别于术前行经直肠三维超声和MRI检查,比较2种检查方式诊断中低位直肠癌TN分期的准确性。结果显示,经直肠三维超声的中低位直肠癌患者T分期诊断准确率明显优于MRI检查(P<0.05),MRI检查对中低位直肠癌患者N分期的诊断准确率显著优于经直肠三维超声检查(P<0.05)。结果表明,经直肠三维超声与MRI均能够对中低位直肠癌TN分期进行诊断,但2种检查方式各具优势,在临床实践中可结合2种检查方式,以获得更为准确的诊断结果。

This study was to compare the accuracy rate of 3 D-ultrasound(3 Dultrasound)and MRI in TN staging of mid-and low rectal cancer,enrolled 104 patients with mid-and low rectal cancer treated in authors’hospital(2018-03-2020-03)as research subjects who received inspection of 3 Dultrasound and MRI before surgery;then,compared the accuracy of the two inspection methods in TN staging.As results,in staging 3 Dultrasound’s accuracy rate was significantly superior to MRI(P<0.05),while in N staging MRI superior to 3 Dultrasound(P<0.05).Results show that above two methods can all diagnose TN stages of mid-and low rectal cancer,but every one has its own advantages,therefore in clinical practice it could be to combine both,so that to achieve more accurate diagnostic results.
