改良肠梗阻导管技术与传统胃肠减压治疗老年粘连性肠梗阻的效果观察

Effect Comparison on Senior Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction Treated with Modified Obstruction Catheterization and with Routine Gastrointestinal Decompression

为观察改良肠梗阻导管技术和传统胃肠减压分别用于老年粘连性肠梗阻的效果,将老年粘连性肠梗阻患者58例随机分为A组和B组,每组29例。A组患者采用改良肠梗阻导管技术治疗,B组患者采用传统胃肠减压治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、临床各指标改善情况、生活质量及术后并发症发生情况。结果显示,A组患者临床总有效率明显高于B组(P<0.05);A组患者排气时间、排便时间、拔管时间、进食时间、腹胀腹痛缓解时间、气液平面消失时间均短于B组(P<0.05),日平均减压引流量大于B组(P<0.05);A组患者生活质量评分高于B组(P<0.05);A组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结果表明,改良肠梗阻导管技术应用于老年粘连性肠梗阻患者效果显著,可作为治疗老年粘连性肠梗阻的理想术式。

This study was to observe and compare the effect of senior adhesive intestinal obstruction(AIO)treated with modified obstruction catheterization and with routine gastrointestinal decompression(GID),randomly divided 58 AIO senior patients into group A(29 cases,adopted modified obstruction catheterization)and group B(29 cases,routine GID);then,compared both group’s clinical effect,the improvements status of every clinical norms,patients’quality of life,and postoperative complication incidence.As results,in total effective rate;in the time for pass flatus,for defecation,for extubation,for eating,for abdominal pain and burbulence relieved,and for gas-liquid level disappeared;in average decompression drainage volume per day;in the score on patients’quality of life;and in postoperative complication incidence group A was respectively higher,shorter,larger,higher and lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that for senior AIO patients adopting modified obstruction catheterization can achieve great efficacy,thus could be an ideal procedure.
