腹部彩超诊断小儿结肠息肉的临床价值

Clinical Value of Abdominal Color Ultrasound in Diagnosing Infantile Polyposis Coli

为分析腹部彩超诊断小儿结肠息肉的临床价值,选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院收治的结肠息肉患儿76例,采用飞利浦彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,采用L12-5探头检查。统计患儿结肠息肉单发及多发、息肉部位分布、息肉类型、息肉大小构成情况。结果显示,超声检出单发结肠息肉比高于多发息肉(P<0.05),未检出率低于多发息肉(P<0.05),组内比较单发息肉、多发息肉检出率高于未检出率(P<0.05)。超声检查小儿结肠息肉部位构成比差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),组内比较检出比高于未检出(P<0.05)。超声检出幼年性息肉、黑斑性息肉、腺瘤样息肉比率的差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组内比较超声检出率高于未检出(P<0.05)。超声检出息肉直径<1cm、1~3cm、>3cm构成比差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),组内比较1~3cm、>3cm超声检出率高于未检出(P<0.05)。结果表明,腹部彩超诊断小儿结肠息肉能明显确定息肉分布、类型等情况,但对结肠息肉直径<1cm者检出较低。

This study was to investigate the clinical value of abdominal color ultrasound(ACU)in diagnosing infantile polyposis coli(IPC),enrolled 76 IPC patients treated in authors’hospital(2018-01-2020-01)into the study:using Philip Color Doppler Utrasound Diagnostic Apparatus and L12-5 probe to inspect these child-patients,then to take statics on their polyposis indexes such as mono-or multi-ones,site distribution,type and size composition.As results,through ACU inspection the mono-ones inspected were more than the multi-ones(P<0.05),in non-inspected rate,lower than the latter(P<0.05);intragroup-comparison showed the inspected rate of mono-and multi-one was higher than that of non-inspected ones(P<0.05);in inspected site composition ratio there was statistical difference(P<0.05),intra-group comparison showed the inspected rate was higher than the non-inspected rate(P<0.05);in inspected ratio of juvenile polyposis,eschar polyposis(Peutz-Jeghers),and adenomatous polyposis there was statistical difference(P<0.05),intra-group comparison showed the inspected ratio was higher than the non-inspected one(P<0.05);in inspected composition ratio of polyposis(diameter<1 cm,of 1-3 cm,and>3 cm)there was statistical difference(P<0.05),intra-group comparison showed the inspected rate of size in 1-3 cm,and>3 cm,was higher than that of the non-inspected ones(P<0.05).Results show that ACU for diagnosing IPC can distinctly determine polyposis distribution,type,etc,but its inspected rate of polyposis sitz(<1 cm)is lower.
