乳果糖治疗功能性便秘患儿40例疗效观察

Lactulose in the Treatment of Infantile Functional Constipation:Effect Observation on 40 Cases

为观察乳果糖治疗功能性便秘患儿的疗效,将80例功能性便秘患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患儿采用口服双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗,观察组患儿采用乳果糖口服液治疗,比较2组患儿通便时间、便秘临床症状及不良反应发生情况。结果显示,观察组患儿<24h通便率高于对照组(P<0.05),24~48h、>48h的通便率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿大便性状、排便间隔、排便困难评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,乳果糖可在短时间内促进患儿排便、改善临床症状,效果满意。

This study was to observe the effect of infantile functional constipation(IFC)treated with lactulose;randomly divided 80 IFC child-patients into control group[40 cases,recceived bifidobacterium triplet vaccine(live)capsule orally]and observation group(40 cases,orally administered lactulose);then,compared both groups’time for smooth defecation,constipation symptoms and unward reaction.As resutls,in the rate of smooth defecation:that>48 hand 24-48 h,observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);that<24 h,higher than control group(P<0.05);in the score on feces characters,defecation interval,and dyschesia observation group was all lower than control group(P<0.05);but in unward reaction incidence there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Results show that lactulose can promote child-patients defecation in short-time,improve their clinical symptoms,and with satisfactory outcome.
