摘要
本论文选用STC51单片机作为系统控制核心,整个系统采用电机横向/纵向扫描平台,在纵向轴上放置四个直流电机,其中一组电机实现纵向扫描,另一组实现左右运动的横向扫描,完成物品分拣搬送。通过提前测距,运用电机将场地中道具运送到目标位置,依据红外对管判断道具的颜色,从而确定道具放置的区域。经过测试,此项装置可以用较短的时间完成物品的分拣搬运工作。
In this paper,STC52 single chip microcomputer is selected as the control core of the system.The whole system adopts the motor transverse/longitudinal scanning platform.Four DC motors are placed on the longitudinal axis,one of which realizes the longitudinal scanning,the other realizes the lateral scanning of left and right movement,and completes the sorting and conveying of articles.Through distance measurement in advance,the props in the field are transported to the target position by using the motor,and the color of the props is judged according to the infrared alignment tube,so as to determine the area where the props are placed.After testing,this device can complete the sorting and handling of articles in a short time.
