摘要
基于责任感和组织文化等因素,本研究系统建构了感召力与学生管理绩效之间的研究假设和理论模型,并利用公安院校的245个有效样本实证分析后发现:第一,感召力对学生管理绩效具有正向影响;第二,内在责任感是促进感召力对学生管理绩效产生作用的重要"枢纽"。最终的结论表明,特色行业院校通过感召力培育和提升其内在责任感方式改善学生管理绩效具有重要实践意义。
Based on the factors of sense of responsibility and organizational culture,this study systematically constructs the research hypothesis and theoretical model between charisma and student management performance,makes an empirical analysis by using 245 valid samples of public security colleges,and finds that firstly charisma has a positive impact on student management performance,and secondly internal responsibility is an important"hub"to promote the impact of charisma on student management performance.The final conclusion shows that it is of great practical significance to improve the management performance of students by cultivating charisma and enhancing their internal sense of responsibility.
