摘要
现代学徒制是一种技术技能人才培养模式,是我国目前主要推进的一项职业教育制度。国外现代学徒制相关的体系比较健全,而我国相配套的体系还没有建立,造成了人才培养的作用发挥有限。建立起政府部门、行业、企业、学校等具有约束力的管理体系才可以健康、可持续地发展现代学徒制制度。从现代学徒制实施的管理部门、管理制度、实施条件等方面介绍常州市科教城现代学徒制的实施,从而建立长效合作、产教一体化发展、育人与用人无缝对接、专业与产业有效对接的人才培养模式。
Modern apprenticeship is a training mode of technical and skilled personnel,which is a vocational education system mainly promoted in China.Foreign modern apprenticeship system is relatively sound,but China’s matching system has not been established,resulting in the limited role of talent training.Only by establishing the binding management system of government departments,industries,enterprises and schools can we develop the modern apprenticeship system healthily and sustainably.This paper introduces the implementation of modern apprenticeship in Changzhou city of science and education in terms of such aspects as management department,management system and implementation conditions so as to build a talent training mode of long-term cooperation,integrated development of production and education,seamless connection between education and employment,and effective docking of specialty and industry.
