摘要
职业教育不断深化改革,为高职院校民族器乐教学开展提供了丰富的平台。然而,高职院校民族器乐教学在实践中面临着诸多突出问题,人才培养目标不够明确,缺少配套教材;学生学习基础参差不齐,分层教学开展难度较大;教学方法陈旧,教学改革进程缓慢;教学时段有限,学生全面能力培养受限。高职院校应开展民族器乐教学改革,准确定位人才培养目标,编制相应的教材,在评估学生专业能力的基础上开展有效的分层教学,同时创新和丰富教学方法,加强实践探究,提升学生的专业水平和能力。
The continuous deepening reform of vocational education provides a rich platform for the development of national instrumental music teaching in vocational colleges.However,there are many outstanding problems in the practice of national instrumental music teaching in vocational colleges,such as the unclear goal of talent training,the lack of supporting textbooks,the uneven learning foundation of students,the difficulty in stratified teaching,the outdated teaching methods,the slow process of teaching reform,the limited teaching period and the limited cultivation of students’comprehensive ability.Therefore,vocational colleges should carry out the teaching reform of national instrumental music,accurately locate the talent training objectives,compile suitable textbooks,carry out effective hierarchical teaching on the basis of evaluating students’professional ability,meanwhile innovate and enrich teaching methods,strengthen practical exploration,and broaden students’professional level and ability.
