泡沫压裂液返排液处理再利用研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 压裂液返排液的处理作为压裂技术的重要组成部分一直是国内外学者的研究热点。N2泡沫压裂液返排液经三相分离器、变压吸附、氧化破胶、厌氧消化、精密过滤等工艺处理,向处理后的液体中添加部分处理剂,连同处理后的气体一起注入井中形成可重复利用的泡沫压裂液体系,与用干净的清水配制的泡沫压裂液的性能相比,其泡沫质量、黏度、静态滤失性能、静态悬砂能力以及对岩心渗透率损害值等参数,均符合现场使用泡沫压裂液的性能指标。泡沫压裂液返排液再利用技术具有良好的应用前景。 As an important part of fracturing technology,the treatment of the backflow fluid of fracturing fluid has been a research focus both at home and abroad.N2 foam fracturing fluid is treated in a three-phase separator,a pressure swing adsorption process,an oxidation gel breaking process,an anaerobic digestion process successively,and a secondary filter process,etc.,and the liquid from the above treatment processes to which some treating agent is added first is then injected together with gases into well where a reusable foam fracturing fluid system is formed.The foam quality,viscosity,static filtration property,static capacity of carring sand,and core permeability damage,etc.of this foam fracturing fluid are better than those of the foam fracturing fluid prepared with clean and clear water and meet the property requirements of the foam fracturing fluid to be used at production site.This reutilization technology of the backflow fluid of foam fracturing fluid has promising application prospect.
