摘要
在钻井过程中,页岩具有极低的渗透率和极小的孔喉尺寸,容易导致钻井中地层漏失和井壁不稳定等问题。聚合物纳米微球具有尺寸小、合成方法简单、生物相容性好、吸水膨胀、易发生弹性形变等优点,在钻井液封堵技术中有着重要的应用前景。利用反向微乳液聚合法制备了平均尺寸在80 nm的聚合物纳米微球,通过红外光谱与X射线衍射表征了聚合物纳米微球的组成与结构。研究结果表明,聚合物纳米微球具有较好的抗盐性,在机械作用、稀释、低温条件下均具有良好的分散性能,同时聚合物纳米微球具有较强的抗剪切性、黏弹性以及良好的耐温性。
Both the permeability and the pore throat size in shale are extremely small during drilling process,which may easily lead to the occurrence of the problems of formation leakage and hole instability,etc.during drilling.Polymer nanospheres are characterized by small size,simple synthesis method,good biocompatibility,water swelling,and that elastic deformation is easy to take place,etc.,and therefore have important prospect of application in drilling fluid plugging technology.Polymer nanospheres of the mean size of 80 nm were prepared with reverse microemulsion polymerization method and their composition and structure are characterized via infra-red spectra and X-ray diffraction techniques.he results of research have shown that polymer nanospheres have high salt resistant property,has good dispersion property under the conditions of mechanical action,dilution,and low temperature,and have high shearing resistant property,viscoelasticity,and temperature tolerance property.
