我国临界贫困人群卫生服务获得感研究 被引量:3

Study on Perceptional Health Service Acquisition of Near Poor People in China

摘要 目的:从居民"看得上病、看得起病、看得好病、少得病"出发,分析临界贫困人群的卫生服务获得感。方法:利用2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,以居民对看病点满意程度、人均自付医疗支出占比、看病点医疗水平和自评健康状况为主要指标,建立多元回归模型。结果:临界贫困人群对看病点满意程度和医疗水平评分显著低于贫困人群,与非贫困人群相比无显著性差异;在人均自付医疗支出占比方面,参与医保的临界贫困人群较贫困人群和非贫困人群分别高3.28和2.80个百分点。结论:临界贫困人群得到的政策和保障扶持较少,需要关注临界贫困人群卫生服务获得感及潜在的因病致贫问题。 Objective:To analyze the health service acquisition of the near poor people from the perspective of"health service available,affordable,quality and less sickness".Methods:Using the data from Chinese Family Panel Survey 2018,a multiple regression model is established based on residents’satisfaction with medical institutions,the proportion of per capita out-of-pocket medical expenditure,professional level of medical institutions,and self-assessed health status.Results:The perceptional medical institutions satisfaction and professional level scores of near poor people are significantly lower than poor people,and no significant difference compared with non-poor people;in terms of the proportion of per capita out-of-pocket medical expenditure,near poor people participating in medical insurance pay more than the poor and non-poor people(3.28 and 2.80 percent respectively).Conclusion:The near poor people receive fewer policy guarantees,and more attention needs to be paid to the health service acquisition and potential disease-related poverty of the near poor.
