摘要
公立医院绩效考核工作是检验公医院改革成就,引导医院发展方向的工作。文章对公立医院绩效考核和价值医疗内涵进行研究,阐述践行价值医疗理念是公立医院绩效考核的必然要求,并对公立医院绩效考核体系进行分析,验证绩效考核的价值医疗体现,同时基于价值医疗视角,针对公立医院绩效考核过程中出现的问题,结合公立医院内部层面的绩效分配、预算管理等管理手段,提出绩效考核结果应用、预算与绩效管理一体化、信息化支撑等建议。
Based on discussing the public hospital performance appraisal and value-oriented medicine,it expounds that the implementation of the concept of value-oriented medicine is the inevitable requirement of performance evaluation in public hospitals.It verifies the value-oriented medicine of performance evaluation based on the analysis of performance evaluation index in public hospitals.From the perspective of value-oriented medicine,in view of the problems in the process of performance evaluation of public hospitals,combined with performance allocation,budget management and other management means at the internal level of public hospitals,it puts forward suggestions on the application of performance evaluation results,integration of budget and performance management,information support and so on.
