摘要
在调查分析基础上,为构建《政府会计制度》下的公立医院全面预算管理有效体系,文章介绍了样本医院以项目预算为基础构建基于信息系统的预算项目与预算科目关联的"双轨制"全面预算管理模式,并总结了该模式的经验以供参考。
On the basis of investigation,to explore effective system mechanism for the comprehensive budget of the public hospitals under Government Accounting System,it introduces the"double-track"comprehensive budget management mode of comprehensive budget management mode with budget project relating to budget account in the condition of the information system,so as to summarize the experiences for references.
