摘要
消化内镜技术是炎症性肠病(IBD)诊断和治疗的重要工具,目前国际上尚缺乏消化内镜技术在IBD诊治中的共识意见。国内IBD领域的专家、内镜医师参照并采纳各类共识意见中的相关条款、临床研究结果,并在结合国内实践经验基础上,提出专家指导意见,以期为各IBD医疗中心的临床工作提供指导。
Digestive endoscopy is a key tool for the diagnosis and management of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).It is lack of an international consensus on the digestive endoscopy techniques in the diagnosis and management of IBD.Formulated by Chinese IBD experts and endoscopists,the guideline is presented with the relevant terms in various consensuses,the results of clinical investigations and practical experiences,in order to guide the clinical work in IBD medical centers.
