广西边境陆路口岸与腹地工业的耦合协调研究

Research on Coupling and Coordination of Guangxi Border Land Port and Hinterland Industry Economy

口岸与工业协调互动是民族地区边境特性向经济能力转化的路径之一。广西经济的均衡协调发展要求沿边地区缩小与沿海地区的发展差距,沿边口岸与腹地工业协调发展至关重要。文章分析了广西边境7县的口岸系统与腹地工业系统的耦合协调关系。研究表明:广西边境陆路口岸与腹地工业经济发展存在耦合协调关系,但二者相互作用未能保持高质量稳定,需结合国内外工业转型情况,通过发展加工贸易、跨境经济合作区等,探索口岸经济与腹地工业的协调优化发展新方向,为边境地区以口岸经济带动区域发展这一路径提供参考。

The coordinated interaction between ports and industry is one of the ways to transform the boundary characteristics of ethnic regions into economic capabilities.This paper sorts out the coupling and coordination relationship between the port system and the industrial system in the seven counties on the border of Guangxi.Research shows that the coordination relationship between border ports and industry is unstable.The new way of coordinated economic development in border ethnic areas is to use the development policies of key border areas and combine domestic and foreign industrial transformations to develop corresponding processing trade.
