摘要
作为教育治理体系中不可忽视的内容,师生关系的治理是教育领域的重要问题。被近代史家陈寅恪称为“承先启后转旧为新关捩点”的韩愈,除了在文学领域闪耀古今的成就,其教育实践及教育思想也熠熠生辉。以《师说》《原道》为代表,师生观是韩愈教育思想的重要方面。以“道”为线索,探索“道”在师生之间的方位,从“道”之于教师、学生、师生关系的重要意义来探析韩愈的师生观。在韩愈的教育思想体系中“道”是教师合法性的重要乃至唯一来源,“道”是引导学生成长发展的方向与目标,“道”使得“师”与“生”成为辩证统一体。师生关系的治理关乎教育治理体系和治理能力,从“道”这种人文视角来规范师生关系,为重塑具有中国特色的师生观提供根植于中华文明的文化指引。
As an important part of education governance system,the governance of teacher-student relationship is an im portant issue in the field of education.HAN Yu not only has brilliant literary achievements,but also has great educational thoughts and practice.The view of teachers and students is an important part of HAN Yu's educational thought,which is fully reflected in his masterpieces On Teachers and Original Tao.This study takes Tao as a clue to explore the orientation of Tao between teachers and students,and from the significance of Tao to teachers,students and the relationship between teachers and students to explore HAN Yu's view of teachers and students.In HAN Yu's educational thought system,Tao is the important and even the only source of teachers' legitimacy;Tao is the direction and goal of guiding students' growth and development;and Tao makes teachers and students become a dialectical unity.To regulate the relationship between teachers and students from the humanistic perspective of Tao can provide the guidance of Chinese culture for reshaping the view of teachers and students with Chinese characteristics.
