乡村治理法治化是我国国家治理现代化重要抓手,是实现农村居民安居乐业的重要保障,也是全面建设法治国家的必然要求。在乡村振兴战略的部署之下,我国乡村地区的法治化治理模式日趋完善,但仍不可避免地出现了乡村法律规范与实践需求的偏差、公共法律服务的不完善,以及治理主体的权责不细化等问题。因而需要进一步优化乡村治理的法律体系,完善乡村法律服务体制机制,明确多方治理主体的权利与责任,营造均衡的乡村法治文化环境,以期更好地全面实现法治化的乡村治理模式。

The legalization of rural governance is an important grasp of the modernization of national governance in China,an important guarantee for rural residents to live and work in peace and contentment,and an inevitable requirement for building a country ruled by law in an all round way.Under the deployment of rural revitalization strategy,the rule of law governance model in rural areas of China is becoming more and more perfect.However,there are still inevitable problems such as the deviation between rural legal norms and practical needs,the imperfection of public legal services,and the refinement of the powers and responsibilities of governance subjects.Therefore,it is necessary to further optimize the system of laws and regulations of rural governance,perfect the system mechanism of rural legal service system,clarify the rights and responsibilities of various governance subjects,and create a balanced township Village rule of law cultural environment,in order to better achieve the rule of law of rural governance model.
