Piezo1离子通道在口腔医学中的研究进展

摘要 Piezo1离子通道是一种广泛存在于人体组织中,能够感受细胞膜机械力变化并迅速作出反应的离子通道,这种反应可以将细胞膜感受到的机械信号转化为电信号或化学信号,从而影响机体的生化及生理功能。口腔作为一个与机械刺激密切相关的器官,Piezo1离子通道常常以机械传感器的身份在口腔的多种组织细胞的生理功能中发挥重要作用。本文就有关Piezo1离子通道的研究现状及其在口腔医学领域的研究进行综述。 Piezo1 ion channel is a kind of ion channel widely existing in human tissues,which can sense the changes of mechanical force of cell membrane and react quickly.This reaction can convert the mechanical signals felt by cell membrane into electrical signals or chemical signals,thus affecting the body biochemical and physiological functions.The oral cavity is an organ closely related to me⁃chanical stimulation,and the Piezo1 ion channel is often used as a mechanical sensor playing an important role in the physiological function of oral tissues.This article reviews the research status of Piezo1 ion channels and their research in the field of stomatology.
