基于感性工学的拖拉机造型设计研究 被引量:7

摘要 为设计出满足用户感性需求的拖拉机,为以后的拖拉机造型设计或改进提供一定的参考。本文运用感性工学的产品设计方法,设计出针对拖拉机的感性工学设计框架,通过调查分析等多种方法确定出拖拉机的典型样本和具有代表性的感性词汇,结合语义差分法对用户的感性需求进行量化,获得典型样本感性词汇的平均值,运用SPSS 25.0进行意象描述统计、因子分析和主成分分析,得出感性词汇数据的公因子方差表、解释的总方差表、碎石图和成份矩阵和旋转后的成分矩阵表。通过SPSS分析得出“整体感受”与“局部感受”两类设计核心语义词,其中厚重的—轻巧的,稳健的—动感的,圆润的—硬朗的,几何的—无序的四对词汇的因子载荷系数分别为0.971、0.866、0.922、-0.858,对拖拉机造型设计影响较大。通过对用户感性需求的研究为拖拉机的创新设计提供新的思路,并提出拖拉机的设计方案,使得拖拉机产品更符合用户的感性需求。 In order to design a tractor that meets the perceptual needs of users,this article provides a certain reference for future tractor design or improvement.This article uses the product design method of kansei engineering to design a framework of kansei engineering design for tractors.Through investigation and analysis and other methods,the typical samples of tractors and the representative perceptual vocabulary are determined,combined with the semantic difference method to quantify the perceptual needs of users,and the average value of the typical sample perceptual vocabulary is obtained.This paper uses SPSS 25.0 to carry out image description statistics,factor analysis and principal component analysis,and obtains the common factor variance table of the perceptual vocabulary data,the explained total variance table,the gravel graph and the component matrix and the rotated component matrix table.Through SPSS analysis,two types of design core semantic words,“whole feeling”and“partial feeling”,are obtained.Among them,the factor loading coefficients of the four pairs of massive-leggiere,moderate-dynamic,mellow-tough,geometric-unorderedare 0.971,0.866,0.922,and-0.858 respectively,which have a greater influence on the tractor design.The research on the perceptual needs of users provides new ideas for the innovative design of tractors,and proposes the design scheme of tractors,so that the tractor products are more in line with the perceptual needs of users.
