农业机械化科技成果培育机制探讨——以某农业机械化研究所为例

Discussion on cultivating mechanism of agricultural mechanization science and technology achievements:Take an agricultural mechanization research institute as an example

为加快建立和完善现代科研院所制度,不断改进农业机械化科技成果培育方式,促进重大成果产出,对某农业机械化研究所(以下简称“M研究所”)2008—2019年获奖科技成果(省部级以上,含社会力量奖)情况进行统计分析,梳理出M研究所获奖数量较少、质量偏低、各科研团队取得成果奖励差异较大等问题,并进行原因分析,提出开展好学科方向建设、加强人才团队建设、力争稳定经费支持、加强联合攻关和推动科研管理方式改变等建议。

In order to speed up the establishment and improvement of modern scientific research institution system,constantly improve the cultivation mode of Agricultural Mechanization Scientific and technological achievements,and promote the output of major achievements,this paper makes statistical analysis on the scientific and technological achievements(above provincial and ministerial level,including social power Award)of a certain Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute(hereinafter referred to as“m Institute”)from 2008 to 2019,and finds out that the number of awards awarded by M Institute is small,the quality is low,and the awards for achievements obtained by various research teams are quite different Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as carrying out the construction of discipline direction,strengthening the construction of talent team,striving to stabilize funding support,strengthening joint research and promoting the change of scientific research management mode.
