摘要
研究了一种基于CMOS图像传感器的降噪方法。使用CMOS图像传感器在采集图像时,图像通常处在低光照的环境下,为达到高质量的图像显示的目的,需要对光信号进行增益放大,然而也会造成噪声的方法放大。因此要获得高质量图像,需要对CMOS图像传感器进行低噪声行处理。通过对CMOS图像传感器采集图像时出现的模式噪声和随机噪声进行研究,利用行随机噪声和列固定模式噪声进行数字消除算法模拟仿真,实现了图像采集的低噪声设计。
In this paper,a noise reduction method based on CMOS image sensor is studied.When CMOS image sensor is used to collect images,the images are usually in a low-light environment.Therefore,in order to achieve high-quality image display,gain amplification of optical signals is required,however it will also cause noise amplification.Therefore,low noise line processing is required for CMOS image sensor to obtain high quality images.In this paper,the pattern noise and random noise during image acquisition by CMOS image sensor are studied,and the digital elimination algorithm is simulated by using row random noise and column fixed mode noise,so as to realize the low noise design of image acquisition.
