摘要
本研究选取了广东省6个地级市的28所公办小学,进行了组织沉默归因调查研究。经过检验,自编东莞市小学教师组织沉默归因问卷适用于广东省小学教师组织沉默归因的研究。问卷验证性因素分析拟合模型指标属可接受范围,问卷的信度系数在可接受范围。结果显示,小学教师组织沉默归因得分由高到低为合作沉默、默许沉默、自我保护沉默;不同类型小学教师在组织沉默归因维度得分存在显著差异。
This study investigates the attribution of organizational silence by selecting 28 public primary schools in 6 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province.After testing,the self-designed questionnaire on Dongguan primary school teachers’organizational silence attribution is proved to be suitable for the study on primary school teachers’organizational silence attribution in Guangdong Province.The fitting model index of confirmatory factor of the questionnaire analysis is acceptable,and the reliability co-efficient of the questionnaire is in an acceptable range.The results show that the attribution scores of primary school teachers’organizational silence from high to low are as follows:cooperative silence,tacit silence and self-protection silence.There are significant differences in the attribution dimension scores of different types of primary school teachers.
