2018年8月辽宁省出现非洲猪瘟,随后蔓延到全国各地,使我国生猪养殖业遭受到重创,肉价飙升,助推了居民消费价格指数(CPI)大幅上升。面对突如其来的疫情,国家高度重视和积极应对,制定和发布了防控疫情和稳定生猪生产等多项政策措施。在各地政府的贯彻执行下,疫情已得到有效控制,生猪生产也逐步得到恢复,肉价已有所回落,市场副食品供应也趋于稳定,取得了阶段性的良好效果。
