秦山核电90 kW异步电机烧毁原因分析及优化

摘要 秦山核电除盐水生产系统的一台90 kW三相异步电机在启动过程中烧毁,电机保护未能快速准确动作,故障原因为预防性维修的疏忽导致的单相对中性点短路。单相对中性点短路在电机故障类型中比较少见。本文通过分析各个阶段故障电流的情况,找出了电机保护未快速准确动作的根本原因,并提出了优化措施。本文对电机保护的正确配置具有显著的借鉴意义。 A 90 kW three-phase asynchronous motor in the desalination production system of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant burned up during the startup process,and motor protections failed to act quickly and accurately.This is a single phase to neutral point short-circuit fault caused by the negligence of preventive maintenance.Single-phase to neutral point short-circuit fault is relatively rare in motor fault types.By analyzing the fault current of each stage,this paper finds out the basic reason of refusal-operation of protection and put forward improvement measures.This paper can be used as reference for the correct configuration of motor protection.
