摘要
除草工作装置是履带式果园除草机的核心部件,对整机的作业质量和可靠性起着至关重要的作用。基于自主研发的履带式果园除草机,利用EDEM软件对不同前进速度、不同工作时刻履带式果园除草机除草过程进行了仿真分析。结果表明:前进速度为0.7 m/s时的碎草抛洒范围显著大于0.4 m/s时的抛洒范围,而前进速度为0.7 m/s时的碎草程度明显低于0.4 m/s时的碎草程度。相同转速下,前进速度越高,刀片和刀轴的最大受力均越大。该研究可为果园除草作业效果和除草工作装置结构的改进和优化提供理论依据。
The weeding device is the core component of the crawler orchard weeding machine,which plays a vital role in the operation quality and reliability of the whole machine.Based on the self-developed crawler orchard weeder,this paper uses EDEM software to simulate and analyze the weeding process of the crawler orchard weeder at different forward speeds and different working hours.The results show that:when the forward speed is 0.7 m/s,the sprinkling range of broken grass is significantly larger than that when the forward speed is 0.4 m/s,while the degree of broken grass when the forward speed is 0.7 m/s is significantly lower than that when the forward speed is 0.4 m/s.Degree of broken grass.At the same speed,the higher the forward speed,the greater the maximum force of the blade and the cutter shaft.The research can provide a theoretical basis for the improvement and optimization of the actual orchard weeding operation and the structure of the weeding device.
