溶解性有机质对长江表层沉积物吸附菲的影响

摘要 本文研究了长江丰都段河流表层沉积物对多环芳烃类物质菲的吸附动力学,并考察了水体有机质(DOM)对吸附行为的影响。实验发现,长江表层沉积物对菲有明显的留存行为,在不含DOM的水体中,沉积物对菲的吸附24 h内达到平衡,平衡吸附量0.13μmol/L;但在含DOM的水体中,沉积物对菲的吸附时间明显延长,48 h后仍不能达到平衡。因此,水体中DOM可能增加菲在河流中的迁移性,使其向长江下游迁移的可能性增加,延长菲对长江河段的污染风险。 This paper studies the adsorption behaviour of phenanthrene in the surface sediments of the Fengdu section of the Yangtze River,and the adsorption effect of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in the river water.Empirical evidence has shown a significant retain behaviour of sediment for phenanthren,in DOM-free water,the adsorption of phenanthrene in sediments can reach equilibrium within 24 hours with a 0.13μmol/L equilibrium adsorption capacity.In conrtast,the adsorption process(48+hours)of phenanthrene in sediment is prolonged significantly with presence of DOM.Therefore,DOM in water bodies may increase the migration of phenanthrene.This behavior will increase the possibility of phenanthrene transfer to the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and prolonging the pollution risk of this substance.
