摘要
针对相控阵雷达常规液态冷却介质导热率不足的问题,提出了将镓基液态金属应用于相控阵雷达散热系统的思路。阐述了镓基液态金属的物理性质、材料相容性、表面防护等方面内容。经过材料相容性与腐蚀进度试验,明确了不锈钢材料与纯铜材料对镓基液态金属具备较好的材料相容性,铝合金材料与镓基液态金属共用时表面需做特殊处理。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient thermal conductivity of the conventional liquid cooling medium for phased array radars,the idea of using gallium-based liquid metal in the cooling system is proposed.The physical property,material compatibility,and surface protection of the gallium-based liquid metal are discussed,and it is clear that stainless steel and copper have good material compatility to gallium-based liquid metal through material compatibility and corrosion progress test.If both aluminum alloy and gallium-based liquid metal are used,the surface needs to be anodized.
