摘要
[目的]为研究在育肥牛日粮中添加抗病毒合剂中药渣、沉醇渣对育肥牛生长发育的影响。[方法]在宁夏固原瑞科丰牧业有限责任公司随机选取210头牛作为试验牛群,采用配对试验设计,试验分为1个对照组,2个试验组。[结果]结果表明,试验I组育肥牛比对照组育肥牛平均干物质采食量增加了0.51 kg,提高了8.9%(P<0.05),平均日增重增加了0.19 kg,提高了13.9%(P<0.05),平均料重比减少了0.18 kg(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组育肥牛比对照组育肥牛平均干物质采食量增加了0.18 kg,提高了3.2%,平均日增重增加了0.05 kg,提高了3.6%,平均料重比减少了0.02 kg。试验组I比对照组育肥牛平均体高、胸围、腹围、体斜长分别增加了3.9 cm、1.8 cm、2.4 cm、3.1 cm,分别提高了2.8%(P<0.05)、0.8%、1.0%、1.9%。抗病毒合剂中药渣有提高血清总蛋白趋势,降低谷丙转氨酶水平趋势。[结论]在育肥牛日粮中添加抗病毒合剂中药渣、沉醇渣,能提高饲料消化率,促进育肥牛生长发育,提高育肥牛平均日增重和生长速度。提高血清总蛋白,降低谷丙转氨酶水平趋势。
[Objective]The effect of adding Chinese medicine antiviral mixture and alcohol dregs on the growth and development of fattening cattle were studied.[Methods]210 cattle were randomly selected as experimental herd in Ningxia Guyuan Ruikefeng farming technology Co.,Ltd.The experiment was divided into 2 experimental groups and control group.[Results]The results showed that the average dry matter intake increased by 0.51 kg,8.9%(P<0.05),the average daily gain increased by 0.19 kg,13.9%(P<0.05),and the average feed to weight ratio decreased by 0.18 kg(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the average dry matter intake increased by 0.18 kg,3.2%,the average daily gain increased by 0.05 kg,3.6%,and the average feed to weight ratio decreased by 0.02 kg.Compared with the control group,the average body height,chest circumference,abdominal circumference and body slant length of fattening cattle in experimental group I increased by 3.9 cm,1.8 cm,2.4 cm and 3.1 cm,respectively,which increased by 2.8%(P<0.05),0.8%,1.0%and 1.9%,respectively.The antiviral mixture of traditional Chinese medicine residue has the trend of increasing serum total protein and decreasing glutamic pyruvic transaminase level.[Conclusion]Adding antiviral mixture and alcohol dregs to the diet of fattening cattle could improve the digestibility of feed,promote the growth and development of fattening cattle,and increase the average daily gain and growth speed of fattening cattle.The serum total protein was increased and the level of GPT was decreased.
