摘要
针对现有标准中砷化镓太阳电池寿命评价方法缺失,研究了温度冲击对电池性能的影响。通过开展电池单体的温度冲击试验、高温搁置试验和组件温度加速寿命试验验证,探究失效模式,研制形成了砷化镓太阳电池寿命评价方法。
For deficiency of the life evaluation method of GaAs solar cell in existing standards,the influence of temperature shock on the performance of solar cell is studied and the failure mode is analyzed.Through the verification of temperature shock test,high temperature shelving test and board-level accelerated life test,the life evaluation method of GaAs solar cell is established.
