This paper briefly describes the background of personal health information code(PHIC),then analyzes the business and functional requirements that PHIC system faces.Next,the article focuses on the architecture design and introduces implementation details from the perspectives of data flow,logging processing and high-availability solutions.In the final part,it shows the overall performance of the system and expected development in multi-domain services and disaster tolerance capabilities in the future.
