摘要
6S管理作为质量管理的抓手,推行6S管理可提升医院形象,保障医疗质量安全。从推行时机、组织机构、建章立制、样板打造、批量复制、日常维护六个方面介绍了医院推行6S管理实践,总结6S管理推行方法、成效。
6S management is the key to quality management.The implementation of 6S management can improve the image of the hospital and ensure the medical quality and safety.This paper introduces the 6S management practice in the hospital from the aspects of implementation timing,organization,establishment of rules,model creation,batch copying and routine maintenance,and summarizes the methods and effects of 6S management.
