疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎出院患者自我管理能力的调查分析

摘要 目的:探究疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎出院患者自我管理能力情况。方法:选择进行疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗的26例患者为研究对象,其治疗时间均在2020年1月~2020年2月。在患者入院时使用自我管理能力调查问卷对其自我管理能力进行评估,同时在其住院期间对其进行疾病健康知识指导。在患者出院后对其实施电话随访,了解其自我管理能力。对比入院时以及出院后患者自我管理能力得分。结果:入院时患者自我管理能力得分是(44.82±5.16)分,出院时患者自我管理能力得分是(68.97±6.11)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者出院前对其实施相应的健康教育指导,可提升患者自我管理能力,改善其生活质量水平。 Objective:To investigate the self-management ability of discharged patients with suspected COVID-19.Methods:26 patients who were treated with suspected COVID-19 in our hospital were selected as study samples,and the treatment time was from January 2020 to February 2020.The self-management ability questionnaire was used to evaluate the patient's self-management ability when he was admitted to the hospital,and at the same time he was instructed on the health knowledge of the disease during his hospitalization.After the patient was discharged,he was followed up by telephone to understand his Self-management ability.The self-management ability score of patients was compared at admission and after discharge.Results:The self-management ability score of patients at admission was(44.82±5.16)points,the patient's self-management ability score at discharge was(68.97±6.11)points,there is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of appropriate health education guidance for patients with suspected COVID-19 before discharge can improve patients'self-management ability and improve their quality of life.
