Analysis on the effectiveness of closed-loop management in the whole life cycle of contract in public hospitals

公立医院随着经营规模日益扩大,合同种类和数量不断增加,合同管理出现制度不完善、人才储备不足、缺乏动态监管、信息化水平滞后等一系列问题。因此,公立医院应通过完善合同管理机构、加强管理人员培训、引入合同信息管理系统等措施,建立合同全生命周期闭环管理体系,提升医院合同管理水平。

With the increasing business scale of public hospitals,the types and numbers of contracts are also increasing,which leads to a series of problems in contract management,including imperfect system,lack of talent reserve,lack of dynamic supervision,and lag of informatization level,etc.Therefore,public hospitals should establish a closedloop management system for the whole life cycle of contracts and improve the contract management level by means of improving the contract management organization,strengthening the training of management personnel and introducing the information management system of the contracts,etc.
