摘要
柴油加氢硫化氢汽提塔在柴油产品质量升级过程中,因反应深度增加造成反应产物中腐蚀物含量增加,会导致硫化氢汽提塔腐蚀加剧,通过3次大检修期间的腐蚀调查,结合3个运行周期的工艺变化情况,对硫化氢汽提塔进行腐蚀情况分析并提出相应防腐蚀策略。
During the upgrading process of the quality of diesel oil products,the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide stripper weredeveloped due to the increase of reaction depth,which led to the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide stripper.Through the corrosion investigation during three major overhaul,the corrosion situation of hydrogen sulfide stripper was analyzed considering the process changes and the corresponding anti-corrosion measures were proposed.
