公共图书馆提升公众获得感策略研究

The Study of Public Library to Improve People’s Sence of Gain

本文立足图书情报学的学科特点,参考社会学、经济学、马克思主义哲学等学科,研究图书情报学领域的“获得感”及其概念体系,以公共图书馆为主体,从改善现有公共服务体系与资源配给现状入手,研究其在提升公众获得感方面的评价标准和作用机制,认为提升公众对图书馆服务获得感的路径,可通过国家颁布的相关文件中的内容作为测度标准,不断提升均等化公共服务;有效指引公共图书馆多元服务发展趋势,以提升公共图书馆服务能力;将公共图书馆提升公众获得感与文化惠民等举措结合起来。

Based on the discipline characteristics of library and information science,and referring to sociology,economics,Marxist philosophy and other disciplines,this paper studies the“sense of gain”and its conceptual system in the field of library and information science.Taking public library as the main body,starting from improving the existing public service system and resource allocation,this paper studies the evaluation criteria and mechanism of enhancing the public sense of gain.The path to enhance the public’s sense of access to library services can be achieved by taking the contents of relevant documents issued by the state as the measurement standard to continuously improve the equalization of public services;effectively guide the development trend of multiple services of public libraries to improve the service capacity of public libraries;and combine the measures of public libraries to enhance the sense of public access with cultural benefits.
