摘要
文章旨在提高支撑高校教学的文献资源保障能力和服务响应能力,以网络调查法调研国内外高校图书馆文献服务情况,总结出文献服务特征及要求。从政策和机制维度构建高校图书馆文献服务保障体系,形成以组织规划、文献建设、技术应用和馆员发展为支撑要素的管理政策,建立以快速响应、资源共享、团队服务和智慧平台为深化策略的应急机制,为高校图书馆加强危机管理和应急服务提供参考。
The purpose of this paper is to improve the ability of literature resources support and service response in university teaching.The literature service situation of university libraries at home and abroad is investigated by websurvey method,and the characteristics and requirements of document service are summarized.From the dimensions of policy and mechanism,this paper constructs the literature service guarantee system of university libraries,forms the management policy with organization planning,document construction,technology application and librarian development as the supporting elements,and establishes the emergency mechanism with rapid response,resource sharing,team service and smart platform as deepening strategies.It can provide reference for strengthening the research on crisis management and emergency service of university libraries.
