In order to explore the influencing factors and internal mechanism of the opening of scientific data for university researchers, stimulate university researchers to actively participate in the opening of scientific data, and promote the healthy development of the opening of scientific data, this paper constructs a research model of influencing factors of university researchers’willingness to open scientific data based on the S-O-R theory and the perspective of user’s cognition and the endogenous change, and designs a questionnaire, which is verified by empirical research. The results show that the willingness of university researchers to open data is influenced by external environment, research data and personal cognitive level.Compared with rational cognitive factors, the willingness of university researchers to participate is more affected by irrational emotional cognitive factors. It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as creating a good scientific research environment for university researchers, planning and standardizing scientific research data, and strengthening humanistic care for university researchers.
