结直肠癌组织中的vasohibin-1、VEGF-A蛋白表达量、MVD及其与临床病理特征的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索结直肠癌组织中的血管抑制蛋白1(vasohibin-1)、血管内皮生长因子-A(VEGF-A)蛋白表达量、微血管密度(MVD)及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取120例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,均进行vasohibin-1、VEGF-A蛋白表达量及MVD检测。结果癌组织中vasohibin-1、VEGF-A蛋白表达量及MVD高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。vasohibin-1、VEGF-A阳性和阴性患者的肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、远处转移、肿瘤大小、肿瘤类型有显著差异(P<0.05)。不同肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、远处转移、肿瘤大小、肿瘤类型患者的MVD有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中vasohibin-1、VEGF-A蛋白表达量及MVD能够预测结直肠癌患者的病情及预后情况。 Objective To explore the protein expression level of vasohibin-1,vascular endothelial growth factor-A(VEGF-A),microvessel density(MVD)in colorectal cancer tissue and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods A total of 120 patients with colorectal cancer were selected as the research objects,and vasohibin-1,VEGF-A protein expression level and MVD were detected.Results The vasohibin-1,VEGF-A protein expression level and MVD in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There were significant differences in degree of tumor differentiation,TNM stage,distant metastasis,tumor size and tumor type between vasohibin-1 and VEGF-A positive and negative patients(P<0.05).There were significant differences in MVD among patients with different degree of tumor differentiation,TNM stage,distant metastasis,tumor size and tumor type(P<0.05).Conclusion The protein expression level of vasohibin-1,VEGF-A and MVD in colorectal cancer tissues can predict the condition and prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.
