乳酸左氧氟沙星片治疗胃溃疡合并Hp感染患者的临床效果及对炎症因子水平的影响

Clinical effect of levofloxacin lactate tablets in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer complicated with Hp infection and its influence on the levels of inflammatory factors

目的探讨乳酸左氧氟沙星片治疗胃溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月至2019年11月我院收治的96例胃溃疡合并Hp感染患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组和研究组,每组48例。两组均给予阿莫西林、奥美拉唑肠溶片、枸橼酸铋钾基础治疗,在此基础上,常规组采用克拉霉素治疗,研究组采用乳酸左氧氟沙星片治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,研究组的血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后,研究组血清GAS、TFF1水平显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组Hp根除率显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳酸左氧氟沙星片治疗胃溃疡合并Hp感染患者效果显著,可减轻机体炎症反应,促进胃黏膜修复,有效提高Hp清除率,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin lactate tablets in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods Ninety-six patients with gastric ulcer complicated with Hp infection admitted in our hospital from December 2017 to November 2019 were selected and divided into routine group and study group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The two groups were given basic treatment of amoxicillin,omeprazole enteric coated tablets and bismuth potassium citrate.On this basis,the routine group was treated with clarithromycin,and the study group was treated with levofloxacin lactate tablets.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was sigificantly higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum GAS and TFF1 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The Hp eradication rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin lactate tablets in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer complicated with Hp infection has significant effect,which can reduce the bodies'inflammatory reaction,promote gastric mucosal repair,and effectively improve the Hp clearance rate,with high safety.
