伊来西胺联合丙戊酸钠对癫痫患者脑电活动、血清GFAP、BDNF水平的干预效果 被引量:1

Intervention effect of ilepcimide combined with sodium valproate on brain electrical activity, serum GFAP and BDNF levels in patients with epilepsy

摘要 目的探讨伊来西胺联合丙戊酸钠对癫痫患者脑电活动、血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的干预效果。方法选取2016年2月至2019年10月我院收治的129例癫痫患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照A组(43例,丙戊酸钠)、对照B组(43例,伊来西胺)及联合组(43例,伊来西胺联合丙戊酸钠)。比较三组的临床效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率高于对照A组及对照B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组的血清GFAP水平均降低,BDNF水平均升高,且联合组优于对照A组及对照B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组的痫样放电与累及导联数均减少,且联合组少于对照A组及对照B组(P<0.05)。三组的食欲下降、腹痛腹胀、头晕、嗜睡乏力发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伊来西胺联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫的效果显著,可改善癫痫发作情况,调节血清GFAP及BDNF水平,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the intervention effect of ilepcimide combined with sodium valproate on brain electrical activity,serum glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels in patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 129 patients with epilepsy admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group A(43 cases,sodium valproate),control group B(43 cases,ilepcimide)and combined group(43 cases,ilepcimide combined with sodium valproate)according to the random number table method.The clinical effects of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group were higher than that in the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum GFAP level in the three groups decreased,and BDNF level increased,and those in the combined group were better than the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the epileptiform discharge and the number of involved leads in the three groups reduced,and those in the combined group were less than the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of loss of appetite,abdominal pain and abdominal distension,dizziness,drowsiness and fatigue among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The ilepcimide combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy has a significant effect,it can improve epileptic seizure,regulate serum GFAP and BDNF levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
