硫酸镁联合硝苯地平对妊高征患者凝血功能指标及妊娠结局的影响

Effects of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine on coagulation function indexes and pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

目的探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平对妊高征患者凝血功能指标及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2019年12月至2020年12月我院收治的40例妊高征患者,随机将其分为对照组(n=20)与试验组(n=20)。对照组予以硫酸镁治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合硝苯地平进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的SBP、DBP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的FIB、D-D水平显著低于对照组,PT、APTT、TT显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良妊娠结局总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平可有效控制妊高征患者的血压,改善凝血功能,从而改善其妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the effects of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine on coagulation function indexes and pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods Forty patients with pregnancy induced hypertension admitted in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=20)and experimental group(n=20).The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,the experimental group was treated with nifedipine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SBP and DBP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FIB and D-D levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,PT,APTT and TT were significantly longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine can effectively control the blood pressure of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension,improve the coagulation function,and pregnancy outcome of patients.
